Psychology-Informed Support You Can Trust
Our psychology background helps us understand how disability can affect the participant and their whole family. Our team also receives regular professional supervision from a registered psychologist with experience in mental health, ADHD and the NDIS.
We have extensive experience supporting families with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We also work with participants and families navigating:
We are also familiar with working alongside hospitals and the public health sector when support involves both the NDIS and mainstream services.
Our approach is collaborative. We bring our knowledge of psychology, disability and the NDIS, while families bring their understanding of their loved one. Together, we identify needs and build support that works in everyday life.
A Whole-Family Approach
We believe effective support starts with understanding the participant and the family around them. The participant’s goals, choices and preferences remain at the centre of our work, while the family’s needs, knowledge and circumstances are also considered.
We listen to understand what is working, what is difficult and what support may be needed. We then work alongside the participant and their family to develop practical solutions that fit everyday life.
Our aim is to strengthen the participant’s choice and control while building the family’s knowledge, skills and confidence to provide the right support.
We Speak Your Language In addition to English, our team is multilingual — we can support you in Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Cantonese, making communication more comfortable and culturally responsive.
